The Las Vegas housing market officially collapsed on Feb. 14, 2007, and all but one of Mark Madsen's real estate partners disappeared within months of that Valentine's Day Massacre.

With eight years wasted in the back-breaking, 24/7 lifestyle of building a mortgage business based on agent referral relationships, Mark started fresh with a new focus on communicating directly with home buyers online.  

Five years later, Mark has over 700 real estate and mortgage sites, a new real estate company with a successful property management division and 21 agents that depend on his Internet marketing / SEO activities for their business.
